Jose Monarrez

M Engineering & Construction was raised from a 35 year structural/construction family owned firm in Mexico. I have had the pleasure to work in some outstanding engineering projects, which are known for their great quality and technical excellence.

Being a PE in Mexico (EIT) with a construction background graduated from Purdue University, I started my career with an incredible design group at Walter P Moore with  a new Texas children’s hospital maternity and pediatric center, consisting of 1.2 million square foot concrete twin towers.

With a great innovative mind, and an impeccable group of colleagues M is a cutting-edge company with the knowledge and state of the art design technology prepared to deliver high demand projects affordably.

Matt manages M’s growing enterprise business nationwide. He leads a team responsible for sales, marketing, product development and customer support. He is accustomed to working on very large projects in the millions. Prior to joining M, Matt was senior sales of marketing and business development at Reynolds & Reynolds, a provider web development of multimedia search and content management. He managed accounts in the 100 millions. He met and exceeded his goals and became 300’s Club the first year and Presidents Club the 2nd year grossing over 400 million. He came to M from the product marketing company Atomic Design and Consulting where he managed online marketing for major accounts.

Anne Kemp

Finance and Administrative Officer

Anne Kemp brings over 25 years of experience and expertise in Financial and Administrative management. She brings invaluable experience and a passion for accuracy, organization and efficiency by streamlining and reviewing accounting, management and planning practices. Her expertise translates to a healthier bottom line for the company and is vital to the growth and development of M Engineering and Construction.

She has previously served as the CFO of an acoustical design firm, a residential mortgage company and a subsea technology engineering firm. Prior to taking on the financial management of M Engineering and Construction, Anne successfully owned and managed her own accounting firm assisting clients with their bookkeeping, financial and business consulting needs. Her experience and clients draw from a wide variety of industries including commercial real estate, offshore oil and gas, church management, medical, retail, restaurant management as well as financial, engineering and manufacturing. Anne is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University.
